Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., LMHC, an assistant professor in Medaille’s master’s in clinical mental health counseling program, has been selected to serve on the editorial board of the Journal of Counselor Leadership & Advocacy.

Dr. Klostermann’s area of research involves investigating intimate partner-on-partner violence among substance-abusing individuals who are married or otherwise living together. He serves as a clinical and research consultant for several counseling programs in New York and Canada and he maintains an active private practice that specializes in work with couples and families.

The Journal of Counselor Leadership & Advocacy, a publication of Chi Sigma Iota International, provides professional counselors, counselor educators and counseling students with research and evidence-based recommendations in topics that promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership, advocacy and excellence in counseling.
