Four of Western New York’s most well-known developers discussed the City of Buffalo’s real estate boom during an event at Medaille College on November 18. More than 200 guests attended the latest event in the Buffalo’s Future Series, held in Medaille’s Main Building Lecture Hall on the College’s Buffalo campus. “Buffalo’s Future: The Birth of a Housing Boom Town?” featured panelists Nick Sinatra, CEO, Sinatra & Company Real Estate; William Paladino, CEO, Ellicott Development Co.; Jake Schneider, CEO, Schneider Development, LLC; and Paul Ciminelli, president and CEO, Ciminelli Real Estate Development.

Keynote speaker Brendan Mehaffy, Executive Director in the City of Buffalo Office of Strategic Planning, reviewed the impact new and creative housing has had on the city, while Buffalo News reporter Jonathan Epstein lead the panel in a discussion of the city’s present and future housing opportunities. A welcome reception kicked off the evening.

The Buffalo’s Future Series invites community leaders to Medaille for a series of discussions devoted to building the community’s strengths, creating educational and economic opportunities, and investing in the region’s future.
