Dear Colleagues:

Just a reminder, according to Article 7 of the By-Laws of the Medaille College Staff Council Charter (emailed earlier today), “The charter, in whole or in part, may be revised by members of Staff Assembly. Those wishing to revise the Charter must submit any proposed revisions to the Staff Council in writing. Any proposed revision to the Charter should include an effective date. Proposed revisions to charter will be submitted to and approved by a majority of Staff Assembly who participate in the voting process.”

To that end, please send any revisions to the Charter that you would like to be considered for a vote by the Staff Assembly.  The revision should be written as you want it to appear in Charter.

Please submit proposed revisions to me (kari.costelloe@medaille.edu) by August 15, 2016. I will forward all submissions to Staff Council.
