An article written by a Medaille College professor and a local psychologist has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Addiction Medicine & Therapy. The article, titled “Improving Therapist Effectiveness: The Case for Deliberate Practice,” was coauthored by Medaille assistant professor Keith Klostermann, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC,  and Theresa Mignone, Ph.D., a psychologist at the WNY VA Healthcare System. Dr. Klostermann is an internationally recognized behavioral couples therapy (BCT) expert.
