Faculty and Staff are invited to register now for Buffalo’s Future: Healthcare 101 – What It Means for WNY. This event will be held in the Main Building Lecture Hall on Thursday, October 19, with a 5:30 p.m. welcome reception and 6 p.m. presentation.

A panel of healthcare experts will discuss what business owners need to know today and what, if any, actions they need to take to protect one of the costliest benefits to any business.  This panel discussion will provide you with an overview of our current healthcare system, as well as a look at what the future might hold. The conversation will also focus on what these healthcare changes could mean for the Western New York business landscape.

A question and answer period that gives you the chance to hear the specifics regarding your greatest healthcare concerns will follow.

Join Michael Hughes ’12, Senior Vice President of Kaleida Health, as he moderates our esteemed panel of healthcare experts, including:
– David W. Anderson, President and CEO of HealthNow New York Inc.
– Michael Edbauer, D.O, President and CEO of Catholic Medical Partners
– Al Hammonds, CSSBB, Executive Director of Millennium Collaborative Care
– Steven D. Schwaitzberg, M.D., Professor and Chair of the Department of Surgery at the University at Buffalo

*All Buffalo’s Future events are free and open to the public. Registration required at medaille.edu/future1017.
