All Medaille University faculty and staff are invited to join Employee Engagement for a Year-End Picnic & Celebration on Friday, May 12, from 11:20 a.m. to 2 p.m., outside and inside the Sullivan Center. This special event, sponsored and planned by the Medaille Employee Engagement Committee, will be catered by Chartwells. We will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers (including vegan options), a variety of salads, kettle chips, dessert, drinks, beer and wine. 

Please register through the Eventbrite page by 5 p.m. on May 3, so you can be included in the count for food.

 In addition to the picnic, lawn games such as Cornhole, Kan Jam, Bocce Ball and Ladder Golf will be provided, and you are welcome to bring any games you think people would enjoy.

 Before the lunch, starting at 11:20 a.m., everyone is asked to gather outside of the Sullivan Center for welcome remarks, followed by a brief Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the Medaille Legacy Pollinator Garden.

Additionally, all faculty and staff are invited to wear blue and yellow and gather for a campus photo at 11:45 a.m. on the front steps of the Main Building, to document this last Medaille campus community gathering of the academic year. Digital copies of the photos will be shared with everyone via email, in the weeks to follow.

  • 11:20 a.m.: Faculty & Staff Gather Outside Sullivan Center; Welcome Remarks
  • 11:30 a.m.: Remarks From Interim President Dr. Lori V. Quigley; Medaille Legacy Pollinator Garden Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
  • 11:45 a.m.: Campus Community Photo on the Front Steps of Main
  • 12 to 2 p.m.: Picnic Lunch & Lawn Games
