The Leadership Development Series is designed for those interested in
gaining more knowledge on results-driven coaching and development.  Each
session of the series aims to provide continuing education and enhancement
of core competencies for organizational leadership. During each FREE
session you will:

  • Learn keys to successful coaching
  • Gain a better understanding of the
    advantages of coaching
  • Be introduced to the P.I.E Model
    (Performance, Image, Exposure)
  • Uncover techniques that “DRIVE”
    employee career development

 

The presenters of each session are esteemed
members of the Medaille College Leadership Management Council.  Each
session includes:

Networking and breakfast:    7:30 to 8:00 AM
Seminar:                                        8:00 to 9:30 AM

Attendees are encouraged to register early,
as space is limited.
