I would like to invite you to a Stress Management Seminar presented by Jackie Stroh. For over 26 years Jackie has served as an Independent Trainer, Organizational Development Consultant and President of her own company, Clarion Call LLC.  Jackie is also affiliated with Child & Family Services, our Employee Assistance Provider, and frequently presents to various organizations on  topics related to stress and change.

The session will focus on how to have less stress during the holiday season.
