Medaille College recently earned five Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Team Peak Performer Awards — the most in the conference. The prestigious awards, which honor the teams with the highest cumulative team grade point average in the AMCC, were presented to the student-athletes from Medaille’s baseball, women’s bowling, women’s lacrosse, softball, and men’s volleyball squads. The recipients were announced during NCAA Division III Week. GPAs for the five teams were:

  • Baseball: 3.428
  • Women’s Bowling: 3.415
  • Women’s Lacrosse: 3.227
  • Softball: 3.531
  • Men’s Volleyball: 3.274

The College also earned the AMCC Institutional Peak Performer Award for the first time. The Mavericks received the award by having 55.5 percent of its student-athletes earn at least a 3.2 GPA or higher.
