The Medaille community remembers Nicholas D. Trbovich, Sr., a former member of the College’s Board of Trustees and a longtime supporter of Medaille, who passed away on August 8. He was 82.

Mr. Trbovich was the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Servotronics, a technology company. He and his family have made a number of major donations to the College; you may recognize the name from the Sullivan Center’s Trbovich Alumni Tower and Nicholas Trbovich Fireside Lounge.

Mr. Trbovich’s late wife, Patricia B. Trbovich ’84, was a Medaille graduate. In addition, all five of his children are Medaille graduates: Kenneth D. Trbovich ’99 (a current member of Medaille’s Board of Trustees); Kathleen A. Scheffer ’85; Nicholas Trbovich, Jr. ’86; Michael D. Trbovich ’87; and Thomas D. Trbovich ’87.
