New Members Initiated into Mental Health National Honor Society
On Tuesday, February 19, the Medaille clinical mental health counseling program was pleased to welcome new initiates into the Mu Eta Delta chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, the national honor society for counseling. CSI is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling and promotes a strong professional identity through members (professional counselors, counselor educators and students) who contribute to the realization of a healthy society by fostering wellness and human dignity.
Students were welcomed into the honor society by Dr. Lori Quigley, VPAA, and initiated by Dr. Helena Boersma, CMHC program director, and Dr. Donald Nowak, Assistant Professor and Chapter Faculty Adviser.
