Personal Accountability and Relationship Management: Core Management Competencies

Learn a powerful and practical model to improve problem solving, conflict resolution, collaboration, communication, and active listening.  Assess your current emotional intelligence capabilities, determine your strengths, and identify areas for improvement.  Examine how your emotions affect behavior and how those behaviors impact relationships with others.  Take personal responsibility and action to replace blame, procrastination and complaining.

Performance-Based Outcomes:

  • Know your strengths, capabilities, and triggers that create an emotional response
  • Understand the power of personal accountability in making choices
  • Identify leadership roles that require personal accountability
  • Identify current challenges and accountability traps and define action steps for accomplishing the desired outcomes
