The Undergraduate Admissions Office is happy to welcome two Medaille graduates as new Admissions Counselors to our team: Kaitlin Hollenbeck and James Witherow.

Kaitlin Hollenbeck graduated from Medaille with a Bachelors of Science in Adolescent Education (’10) and a M.S.Ed in Literacy Education (’12).  Prior to her appointment here at Ms. Hollenbeck worked at WNY Maritime Charter School as a Special Education and English teacher for grades 9 and 12.  While at Maritime she also served as Student Activities Coordinator and Varsity Girls Basketball coach.  As an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor at Medaille College.

James Witherow is a dual graduate of Medaille, earning his Bachelors in Communications (’09) and Masters of Organizational Leadership (’11). Mr. Witherow served as a Graduate Assistant in the Athletics Department for 2 years under Mike Carbery in the Sports Information Office. After completion of his Masters, he was appointed the Assistant Sports Information Director at Allegheny College for the 2011-12 school year, where he was the primary contact for numerous programs including Men’s Soccer and Woman’s Basketball. In the summer of 2012 he accepted a position with Bryant & Stratton College Online as an Admissions Representative, where he worked until his appointment here at Medaille.

As new members of the Undergraduate Admissions team, both Ms. Hollenbeck and Mr. Witherow are excited to recruit for the College and encourage growth in the quality of student pursuing their higher education goals at Medaille. They have both expressed that they are looking forward to once again working with our amazing staff and faculty.
